You need to sign up for a user account by providing all required information in order to access or use the Services. • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. • You are accountable for all activities that occur under your account. RiddTech reserves the right to terminate accounts if any information provided is found to be untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.

RiddTech is committed to protecting the data of its users. Details on how we handle your personal and recruitment data are outlined in our Privacy Policy. Users must comply with all applicable data protection policies when handling candidate and client information through the platform.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content they post or submit through the platform, including job postings, candidate profiles, and client information. RiddTech reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using our Recruitment CRM and ATS services: • Attempting unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its related systems • Transferring, selling, or sublicensing access to any third party • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software • Uploading or transmitting harmful, malicious, or disruptive code • Using the platform for competitive benchmarking or intelligence gathering • Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data from the platform without authorization • Impersonating any person or entity • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform • Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations • Using the platform to send unsolicited communications or spam • Attempting to circumvent any security or authentication measures • Using automated bots or scripts to access the platform • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized individuals • Engaging in any activity that could damage the reputation of RiddTech

All content, features, and functionality available through our Recruitment CRM and ATS services are the exclusive property of RiddTech. This includes but is not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and data compilations. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our services without our explicit written consent.

Users must communicate responsibly and professionally when using the platform for candidate and client interactions. The platform must not be used to send spam, unsolicited messages, or to harass any individual or organization. RiddTech reserves the right to monitor communications made through the platform to ensure compliance with these terms.

Subscription fees and payment terms are detailed in our Pricing Policy. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the services. RiddTech reserves the right to modify pricing with appropriate notice.

Either party may terminate access to the platform at any time. You may cancel your subscription as per the terms of your plan. RiddTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if it suspects illegal activity, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any behavior that may harm RiddTech or other users.

RiddTech is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Recruitment CRM and ATS services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RiddTech operates. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or related to these terms.

RiddTech reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
